Gail Baxter, Introductory Teacher, turned to yoga as a way to reduce stress and relieve neck pain. Over the ten years that she has been practicing, she slowly developed not only increased body awareness, but self-awareness. She discovered her body and mind could work in harmony. Gail has noticed that her incidence of headaches, neck discomfort, allergy and digestive symptoms have significantly declined. After a successful career in elementary education and college administration, Gail continues to realize the healing potential of practicing Svaroopa® yoga. She is pursuing teacher training with Master Yoga Foundation and is pleased to share yoga’s many benefits with others. | |
