At Play with Triangle Pose
Trikonasana, or triangle pose, is a powerful pose that creates strength and balance, increases physical and mental adaptability and helps with commitment, focus and self-discipline. It can even give you a lower spinal release at the same time! But it can be challenging to learn and practice because there are so many details to integrate. Spend a half-day playing with this pose, exploring variations that can only be taught in a deeper format. Recommended for students with at least a year of yoga practice who are generally in good health. Pre-registration suggested by January 4th. Cultivating Surrender
So often in our lives, we encounter circumstances beyond our control. We experience some as joyous, others as painful. But each represents an opportunity to come fully into the present moment, open our hearts and accept our situation as it is. Let your body be your guide as you explore yogic surrender from several different points of view. Leave with new tools for working with your body-mind and a fresh perspective on the value of surrender. Suitable for students at all levels of practice. Preregistration is suggested by March 20th. Finding True Strength
This workshop is designed to help you feel your way to a deeper sense of balance, working with standing poses. This balance, strength and stamina is achieved by using your superficial abdominal and leg muscles to release spinal tensions.
