In a Svaroopa® yoga therapy session, you receive the
many benefits of spinal release with maximum levels of support., by doing yoga poses with
additional propping and adjustments. Poses are chosen to target specific areas
of tension, which results in deep
releases that make lasting changes in the body.
Svaroopa® yoga therapy is particularly beneficial for people who are
looking for relief but are not yet ready to take regular classes and for those who
have received many Embodyment sessions and are looking for a deeper
experience. It is also beneficial for
those who have initial difficulties with stillness and would like to move
more, as well as those who have particularly stubborn areas of tension that
haven’t resolved with regular practice.
